I am Elmer Baluyo and I specialize at computer programming.

Since 1997, I've studied while doing side-projects using Turbo C as my tool. Now, 13 year after, I specialize on at least 5 languages, various databases and a lot of experience with students, their thesis and their requirements.

I don't sugarcoat. What you see is what you get. All my projects have proof and I can be shown for reference.

Also, I take a maximum of 4 projects at any time. Other developers take more than they can chew, and cannot provide ample services at submission time.

No work, no pay. Return money policy if project cannot be completed, or if project is cancelled (among other criterion).

Requirements: Please bring necessary materials for your project (pictures, documentation, etc).

Payment Methods: Usually in percentage relative to the job completed, but everything is negotiable.

• Address or Location - will be used for first meeting. Usually Meet-Halfway policy (see below)

• if possible , include maximum budget

Meet-Halfway Policy - ex. If your school is in Manila, and I'm in Rizal, lets meet somewhere in Quezon City.

In any event that I cannot handle your project, I have built a network of trusted individuals that can carry out your project, in my place.

Lastly, I usually do not require payment on first meeting. 

I/We always evaluate the need first, then give you a proper estimate.
